- Your Order Cancellation Rights
a) You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without providing any reason for doing so, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013).
b) The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You receive the Goods, or when a third party You have appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the product.

To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, or sealed items (for hygiene reasons) once unsealed, are non-returnable. f) We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. 4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
a) The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
b) The Goods are returned in their original packaging.
c) The Goods are not used or damaged.
d) You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
e) Your decision to return was communicated within the prescribed timeline.
f) Returned goods that do not meet all eligibility criteria (e.g., damaged packaging, missing accessories) may be subject to a deduction from the refund amount at our discretion. Customers will be notified of any such deductions in advance.
5. Non-Refundable Goods:
The following Goods cannot be returned:
a) Goods tailor-made or personalized to Your specifications. Tailor-made or personalized goods are exempt from returns as they are uniquely created to meet your specifications and cannot be resold.”

d) Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
e) Goods sold under a Sale or Clearance price are final sale unless they are defective, damaged, or not as described, in which case your statutory rights will apply
f) We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at Our discretion.
g) If your Goods are defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt for defective goods.
6. Returning Goods
a) You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Goods should be returned to the address provided on the delivery package or as directed by us.
b) We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service to return Goods. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return transit. Refunds will only be processed upon receiving the returned Goods.
